Dennise and I have been brainstorming a bit, actually she has been sending me ideas on what we should call the dark purple and dark orange. Even though David's Briday calls the deep purple, lapis, lapis is really a dark blue. Right now the two favorite names are Plum and Mandarin. Here are some examples of the colors I like. :)
I like plum. Lapis reminds me of the Spanish word for pencil, lapiz. I'm going to David's Bridal tomorrow with Kelly....can't wait to check out the plum/ puple/ lapis/ tangerine/ mandarin/ orange dresses!
